Questions people ask before we start
A Website Plan at $175/month with $0 down (hosting, edits, updates and support all included), or a one-time build from $3,800 that you own outright. An online store is a separate, one-time build from $8,000. Every project starts with a free, fixed quote. See the pricing page for the full breakdown.
A one-page site is usually 1–2 weeks. A full multi-page site is typically 3–5 weeks, depending on how quickly content and photos come back to me.
Your domain and your content are always yours, registered in your name, on either option. The difference is the site itself. With a one-time build you own the code outright from day one and can take it anywhere. With the Website Plan you’re licensed to use it for as long as the plan runs — that’s what lets it start at $0 down instead of $3,800. Either way there’s no WordPress or Wix account holding your site hostage, and you can move to the one-time build whenever you like.
The site is built in plain HTML and CSS — no WordPress, no page builder, no stack of plugins. That’s what keeps it fast, secure, and cheap to host.
Every build includes on-site SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure,
LocalBusinessschema, fast load times, and a Google Business Profile setup. I don’t do link building or off-site campaigns.
Same site. The Website Plan bundles hosting, unlimited edits, updates and support into $175/month so you never think about it. The one-time build is yours to own from day one — you handle hosting and upkeep, and edits are an optional $50/month add-on rather than part of the price.
There’s a six-month minimum, then it’s month-to-month — cancel any time with no penalty, and I’ll help you move the site to your own hosting. Leaving inside the first six months is the one exception: the balance of the $3,800 build fee becomes due, since the plan spreads that cost out rather than waiving it. Nothing is hidden in the small print — it’s all in the agreement before you sign.
Yes. Redesigns are a big part of the work — I rebuild slow or dated sites on clean code and carry over your existing pages and rankings so you don’t start from zero.
