Your domain and your content (your text, photos and logo) are always yours, registered in your name, on either option. The design and code I write stay mine, and you get a licence to use them. With the Website Plan that licence lasts as long as the plan runs, which is why it has no $3,800 build fee. You can switch to the one-time build whenever you like. The exact terms are in the agreement you sign before any work starts.
The site is built in plain HTML and CSS — no WordPress, no page builder, no stack of plugins. That’s what keeps it fast, secure, and cheap to host.
Every build includes on-site SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure,
LocalBusinessschema, fast load times, and a Google Business Profile setup. I don’t do link building or off-site campaigns.
Same site. The Website Plan bundles hosting, unlimited edits, updates and a same-day fix if your site goes down into $175/month, so you never have to think about it. With the one-time build you pay for the site once (half when we start, half at launch), hosting is $25/month, and edits are $50 an hour when you need them.
There’s a six-month minimum, then it’s month-to-month — cancel any time with no penalty. When a plan ends the site comes down, but your domain and all your content stay yours. If you need to leave inside the first six months, you have two choices: pay the months left in the six-month minimum and the site comes down, or pay the rest of the $3,800 build fee and keep the site. Nothing is hidden in the small print — it’s all in the agreement before you sign.
Yes, and it’s a big part of what I do. I rebuild slow or dated sites on clean code and carry over your pages, photos and web addresses, redirecting any that change, so Google keeps the history you’ve built up and you don’t start from zero.
