Three ways to work together
Same hand-coded site whichever you pick. Take the monthly plan and I handle everything, pay once and own it outright, or go with a Shopify build if you’re selling online. Every project starts with a free quote — prices below are in CAD.

How the options compare
Website Plan is the easy path: one predictable monthly bill, and hosting, edits, updates and support are all mine to worry about. If a change would hurt speed or accessibility I’ll say so — otherwise you ask, I do it. Cancel any time after the first six months.
One-Time Build suits you if you’d rather own everything outright. You get the identical site. Hosting is $25/mo through me or your own setup, and ongoing edits are an optional $50/mo add-on rather than something bundled in — which is the trade for not paying monthly for the site itself. A domain runs about $20/year either way.
E-Commerce is a one-time build only, never a monthly plan — a store is a bigger piece of work than a brochure site and is priced as one. It covers the Shopify build, app configuration, shipping setup and a walkthrough so you can run it yourself.
Either way, pages beyond the first five are $25 each and a blog page is $100. Every quote is fixed before any work starts. A bigger site or add-ons change the number, and I tell you by how much before you commit.
